Job Title: Technician

Job Description

Join a leading construction company that specializes in Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings. As a technician, you will be responsible for connecting pieces of steel together, working with steel framing, metal roofing, metal siding, and trim. This position involves working at heights using scissor lifts and forklift baskets.

Responsibilities

+ Connect pieces of steel together for pre-engineered metal buildings.

+ Work with steel framing, metal roofing, metal siding, and trim.

+ Operate scissor lifts and forklift baskets while working at height.

+ Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times.

Essential Skills

+ Experience in construction, particularly with sheet metal, gutters, and metal roofing.

+ Ability to work with metal siding and metal buildings.

+ Experience as a Framer in the construction industry.

+ Comfortable working at heights.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Reliability and a strong work ethic are essential.

+ Pay is based on experience level.

Work Environment

Work is primarily conducted on commercial buildings. Expect to work outside for 45 to 52 hours per week. Projects may be local or require travel.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Park City, Kansas.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $25.00/hr.
