Summary:
The Operations Court Order Processor 2 is responsible for reviewing, processing, and responding to legal requests—primarily subpoenas—served to the bank for customer financial records. This role ensures compliance with legal and regulatory requirements while maintaining the confidentiality and integrity of customer information. .
Duties and Responsibilities:
+ Process orders that may in the form of subpoenas, summons, garnishment, levy, or child support orders.
+ Ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment, navigate between databases and learn new processes quickly.
+ Ability to work under minimal supervision.
+ Performs other duties as assigned.
+ This role may require occasional overtime to meet legal deadlines.
+ Training will be provided on internal systems and legal processing procedures.
This is an in office role. You must be located near 5555 Cleveland Ave Columbus, Ohio or 11100 Wayzata Blvd Minnetonka, MN
Basic Qualifications:
+ 1 or more years of legal order processing experience
+ High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Strong organizational and communication skills
+ Bachelor's Degree

Compensation Range:
20.00 - 32.98 USD Hourly
The compensation range represents the low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. Colleagues in this position are also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan. In addition, Huntington provides a variety of benefits to colleagues, including health insurance coverage, wellness program, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plan, paid leave programs, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
