Job Title: Assembly Clerk - 2nd Shift
Job Description
Join a leading manufacturer of O-rings and seals for the oil and gas industry as an Assembly Clerk. Your role will involve counting parts, assembling and packaging orders, and preparing products for shipping.
Responsibilities
+ Count parts to ensure accuracy.
+ Assemble sets and place them in boxes according to work order instructions.
+ Print labels as per work order instructions.
+ Send boxes to the shipping buffer.
+ Package parts following work order guidelines.
+ Maintain a clean and organized work area during and at the end of the shift.
+ Engage in packaging orders, scanning, labeling, and wrapping products.
Essential Skills
+ Proficiency in assembly, shipping and receiving, and packaging.
+ Experience in inventory management and warehouse operations.
+ Skill in data entry, RF scanner usage, and label printing.
+ Familiarity with kitting, warehouse packing, and packaging lines.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ 1-2 years of experience in packaging or warehouse settings.
+ Preferably possess manufacturing or production experience.

Work Environment
The work environment is a very clean and orderly shop floor with climate control. This is a manufacturing and production setting with regular first shift hours from 6am-2pm, requiring flexibility with hours including potential overtime.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of HUMBLE, Texas.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.25 - $17.25/hr.
