Job Title: General Production Employee

Job Description

Join our dynamic team at the Reno location, where we manufacture and distribute ice packs for the west coast. We are seeking dedicated General Production employees to efficiently load and unload ice packs off a machine. You will be on your feet for 10-hour shifts from Monday to Thursday, with a possibility of working on Fridays when needed. The role involves placing ice packs individually on racks, boxes, or pallets.

Responsibilities

+ Load and unload ice packs from a machine.

+ Place ice packs individually on racks, boxes, or pallets.

+ Work efficiently during 10-hour shifts.

+ Be open to working overtime and Fridays as needed.

Essential Skills

+ Ability to stand for 10 hours a day.

+ Comfortable with overtime work.

+ Ability to lift up to 50lbs.

+ Basic math skills for counting.

+ Experience using a Tape gun.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Production/Manufacturing experience is a plus.

+ Experience in order picking, inventory, and forklift operation.

+ Ability to work in a team in any industry.

+ Candidates must provide their own steel toe shoes.

+ Gloves will be provided.

Work Environment

Work in a climate-controlled warehouse with a team of 15 people, aiming to grow to 30-40 people in the next six months.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Reno, Nevada.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $15.50/hr.
