Job Title: Assembly Technician

Job Description

We are seeking an entry-level assembler for the 1st shift to assist in assembling control panels and cabinets for industrial applications. This position involves using hand and power tools to assemble various boards, bolts, soldering, subassemblies, and installing components and support structures.

Responsibilities

+ Assemble control panels and cabinets using hand and power tools.

+ Perform soldering and installation of components.

+ Construct subassemblies and install support structures.

+ Ensure quality and precision in all assembly tasks.

+ Remain physically active, being off and on your feet during shifts.

Essential Skills

+ Minimum of 1 year of assembly experience.

+ Proficiency with hand and power tools.

+ Mechanical or manufacturing background.

+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

+ Familiarity with mechanical assembly processes.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Capability to lift up to 45-50 pounds.

+ Experience with toolboxes and their components.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Davenport, Iowa.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
