Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic

Job Description

Join our team as a Maintenance Mechanic in a dynamic Food & Beverage facility. This role requires a mechanically inclined individual with experience in handling electrical systems, particularly 220v and 3-phase 480v. You will perform maintenance and repairs on various equipment including pumps, boilers, conveyors, sensors, motor controls, ABB robotics, and Fanuc Palletizers. Additionally, you will operate and maintain all plant and facility support equipment, such as ammonia refrigeration systems, HVAC systems, and steam systems. Your expertise in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting will ensure the smooth operation of the facility while adhering to Lock-Out/Tag-Out procedures and GMP standards.

Responsibilities

+ Perform maintenance and repairs on pumps, boilers, conveyors, sensors, motor controls, ABB robotics, and Fanuc Palletizers.

+ Operate and maintain all plant and facility support equipment, including ammonia refrigeration systems, HVAC systems, and steam systems.

+ Conduct electrical and mechanical troubleshooting to ensure smooth operation of the facility.

+ Follow and adhere to Lock-Out/Tag-Out procedures at all times.

+ Adhere to GMP standards, HACCP compliance, and other food safety and workplace safety initiatives.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $74880.00/yr.
