    Chestnut Hill is in search of an Experienced Nursing Scheduler - This is a TEMPORARY assignment - to cover while current Scheduler will be out on Maternity Leave. 2 years Experience in LTC Nursing Scheduling is Required to be considered.

     

    Prefer to also hold a MASS C.N.A. Certificate - This way - when the temporary position of covering for the scheduler is done - we may have this person move to a unit as a C.N.A.

     

    The Nursing Scheduler will be responsible for maintaining the Schedule, Completing Attendance reconciliation and reporting.

    + The nursing scheduler will prepare staffing schedule and updates as necessary.

    + Determine a 2 week rotation that an employee with be workoing within the master schedule.

    + They enter daily missed punches to update PPD report by 10:00 am.

    + Print daily staffing sheets from Smart Linx

    + Meets with DNS to discuss, go over schedule daily.

    + Tracks attendance

    + Enters sick, vacation and personal time if available

    POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

    • High School Diploma

    • Previous scheduling experience is a MUST within LTC

    • Experience with scheduling and/or time clock software preferred

    • Microsoft Office Skills – Excel, Word, Outlook

    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

    • Solid verbal and written communication abilities; effective interpersonal skills
