    A CRITICAL SHORTAGE OF CERTIFIED TEACHERS

     

    SWANSON CENTER FOR YOUTH located in MONROE, LA is seeking applicants for a

    SPECIAL EDUCATION CERTIFIED INSTRUCTOR

    This position may serve in both Ouachita and Caldwell Parishes and will be filled immediately.

     

    This position is needed to cover active treatment within an Intensive Care Facility. It will provide special education services to meet the legally mandated educational needs of children, adolescents, and young adults, who have been identified with disabilities that impede educational and/or behavioral performance. It will provide support to students in the Department of Corrections and the Office of Juvenile Justice facilities.
