Minimum qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
+ 5 years of experience in program management.
+ Experience delivering network technologies in enterprise offices, data centers, or ISP/Telco programs.
+ Experience in Network Infrastructure, Design and Architecture.
Preferred qualifications:
+ Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile project management certification, or similar.
+ 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
+ Experience with physical deployment and troubleshooting of networking infrastructure.
+ Experience in customer-facing roles within the technology industry, including in the networking space.

As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you’ll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You’ll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.
As a Technical Program Manager, you will be a customer advocate, working to ensure that Alphabet's Product Areas receive the network services they need, when they need them.
You will be responsible for managing relationships, maintaining technical credibility, and taking accountability for deliverables that contribute to customer success. You will work closely with leadership and key stakeholders to define and execute strategies that ensure seamless integration and maximize customer satisfaction.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $156,000-$229,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. + Collaborate with Network Engineers, Software Engineers, and Project Managers to deliver large-scale technical networking projects as well as partner with management to design, launch, and improve processes for our customers benefit.
+ Develop reports to track project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and overall status. Collaborate with stakeholders to manage, track, and control project issues to ensure timely delivery.
+ Establish and maintain effective mechanisms for gathering and analyzing customer feedback on services.
+ Translate customer insights into actionable recommendations for product and service enhancements.
+ Identify and prioritise key customer needs and challenges, and help develop tailored strategies to address them effectively.
