+ Knowledge of data center operations, facilities management, engineering, and construction.
As a Data Center Product Delivery Program Manager, you will provide leadership and supply chain management for new data center building projects. You will engage with cross-functional partners at Google data centers, manage supply chain risks, and provide advocacy through supply chain escalations. You will work with key stakeholders in data center construction, data center quality, and supply chain operations to help deploy Google’s data center fleet.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $126,000-$181,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. + Coordinate with Project teams and the Supplier to maintain On-Time Equipment Delivery, expediting and mitigating equipment delivery risks.
+ Manage status, reporting, and escalations to all stakeholders including project and program level.
+ Drive alignment with all stakeholders including latest documentation, logistics and delivery details, responsibility transfer between vendor and site, and identification of potential scope gaps.
+ Drive risk identification and mitigation activities including transfer of ownership, equipment protection plans, and loose ship material management.
+ Develop hand-off process to be used by the contractors for approval/acceptance of shipments delivered to the site.
