Our Digital Solutions Project Manager is a crucial member of the Digital Solutions Management Team, responsible for managing major initiatives, including the development, roll out, and stabilization phases of said initiatives. Additionally you will lead consulting activities for a portfolio of Global Accounts, promoting the adoption of Digital Solutions to support new business wins and enhance customer retention. As our Project Manager, you will leverage your expertise in project management and digital solutions to drive successful outcomes and foster strong client relationships.

How you create impact

+ Project Management responsibilities including Project Planning, Team Management, Risk Management, Communication, Quality Assurance, Problem Solving, Documentation, Stakeholder Management and Project Closureand support

+ Run Consulting Projects in line with Digital Solutions methodologies, and provide Digital Solutions support to projects of the Supply Chain Design Team

+ Identify and implement efficiencies within Digital Solutions, ensuring ease of doing business for customers and internal stakeholders alike

+ Execute Global Digital Solutions policies and strategies for areas within the projects' scope

+ Contribute to Digital Solutions business plan, strategy and policies

+ Act as a subject matter expert during various stages of the sales cycle, such as prior and during RFI & RFQ, as well as QBR and other customer touch points

+ Run Consulting Projects in line with Digital Solutions methodologies, and provide Digital Solutions support to projects of the Supply Chain Design Team

+ Execute handover from Consult to Implement in line with processes agreed between Sales and Business Units Sea, Air, and Road

+ Identify customers for upselling technology to improve customer loyalty and drive internal efficiencies, positioning solutions as unique value propositions to help close the deal and support a more profitable sale

+ Continuously obtain customer feedback on Kuehne+Nagel digital technology, latest technological advancements applied by competitors and supply chain intelligence providers, and pass your findings on to solution product owners in Business Units and IT

What we would like you to bring

+ Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain Management, IT, Business Management, or equivalent working experience in a similar role

+ PMP, ITIL, Agile, or other project management ceritifcation preferred

+ 3+ years experience in solution consulting, preferrably in the supply chain industry

+ 3+ years experience in project management, preferrably related to digital solutions

+ Advanced knowledge of and experience in MS365 and Google Docs

+ Experience managing projects and crossfuntional collaboration in a global matrix environment
