What You Can Expect
Responsible for managing a product(s) or business unit within a geographic market, working with customers including distributors, reps, surgeons, and internal “corporate” personnel regarding product lines.
This position is an ON-SITE role located in Warsaw, IN.
How You'll Create Impact
+ Develop strategies to grow business, and work to implement them.
+ Manage special projects if requested.
+ Communicate with field regularly & manage (i.e. solve) issues that arise regarding products, including working cross-functionally to find answers, and communicate back to field. Create materials for rest of country to learn (if applicable).
+ Sales Training content development, and delivery in person, and / or creation of digital library of modules for learning.
+ Part of “core” team for NPI development & launch, to provide input on development and prepare thoughts around pieces needed for launch (target strategy/details, sales scripts, sales training, Meded, conferences, etc) for the specific geographic market assigned.
+ Manage rollouts of NPIs in the market as specified, in collaboration with person’s manager and NPI marketing person. Develop surgeon targeting strategy (macro and detailed) and selling scripts.
+ Provide conference meeting planning and support in market as specified.
+ Provide Meded event support as needed in market as specified.
+ Lead annual pricing process and marketing model development for the geographic market.

+ Knowledge of orthopedic market, products within assigned group, surgical process, selling process, regulatory process, development process, and marketing strategies.
+ Knowledge of SNAP, SMS, Teams, Plotview & Impromptu required.
Your Background
+ Bachelor’s Degree with marketing emphasis preferred.
+ 2-5 years of experience preferred.
+ Must be familiar with Zimmer products, procedures, policies, and promotions.
Travel Expectations
+ Up to 25%, with some weekends.
