SR. CORPORATE STRATEGIST (Hybrid - La Crosse, WI)

_Hiring Salary Range:_** **_$114,900_** **.00 - $172,400.00

The Sr. Corporate Strategist is responsible to partner with the Manager of Corporate Strategy, Planning and Analysis in the development and execution of corporate strategy, by identifying areas for improvement, developing strategies, and implement changes to support Dairyland Power Cooperative's long-term goals. This role involves collaborating with various departments to ensure alignment with the organization's vision and objectives.

The Impact You'll Make In This Role:

**ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS** :

+ Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats within our industry.

+ Collaborate with senior management to define strategic priorities and initiatives that contribute to meeting the goals defined by the Dairyland Board of Directors and CEO.

+ Lead the development and maintenance of business case models to support strategic decision-making.

+ Prepare and present detailed reports and presentations to executive leadership, translating complex data into actionable insights.

+ Monitor and evaluate the performance of the balanced scorecard and recommend adjustments as needed.

+ Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and corporate policies in all strategic initiatives.

+ Support the development and execution of corporate strategic plans to drive business growth and success, including mergers, acquisitions and divestitures.

+ Facilitate communication and coordination across different departments to ensure alignment with strategic goals.

+ Evaluate potential risks and opportunities that might affect the organization's strategic objectives and develop plans to mitigate these risks and capitalize on opportunities.

+ Measure and evaluate the impact of changes to verify that implemented changes achieve anticipated results.

+ Lead enterprise-wide strategic initiatives and transformation programs.

+ Oversee the development of long-term strategic roadmaps.

Your Experience and Expertise:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS** **:

**Education & Experience** : Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, engineering or related field; minimum 7 years’ experience in corporate strategy, business development, business analysis, or similar role.

Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and presentation skills, proven ability to influence others, change management expertise, financial and business acumen and knowledge of industry trends and market dynamics. Preferred experience in the energy sector or a related industry, familiarity with strategic workforce planning and risk management, and ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
