**Business Analyst I -** Years of Experience - Entry Level (Hiring Salary Range: 67,100 -100,700)
**Business Analyst II -** Years of Experience - 3+ (Hiring Salary Range: 75,500 - 113,300)
**Business Analyst III -** Years of Experience - 5+ (Hiring Salary Range: 99,900 -149,900)

The Business Analyst is responsible to partner with the Manager of Corporate Strategy, Planning and Analysis in the development and execution of corporate strategy, conducting comprehensive business analysis, and providing actionable insights to support the Dairyland Power Cooperative's long-term goals. In this senior-level position, the analyst will lead complex, cross-departmental strategic initiatives and collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment with the organization's vision and objectives.
The Impact You'll Make In This Role:
**ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS** :
+ Support the development and implementation of corporate strategies and business plans that align with the organization’s vision and goals.
+ Lead the development and implementation of corporate strategies and business plans that align with the organization’s vision and goals.
+ Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats within our industry.
+ Develop and maintain optimization models and other business case models to support strategic decision-making.
+ Prepare and present detailed reports and presentations to executive leadership, translating complex data into actionable insights.
+ Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and corporate policies in all strategic initiatives.
+ Support the development and execution of corporate strategic plans to drive business growth and success, including mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.
+ Evaluate potential risks and opportunities that might affect the organization's strategic objectives and develop plans to mitigate these risks and capitalize on opportunities.
+ Assist in the planning and execution of projects, ensuring alignment with business goals.
+ Conduct business process analysis, identifying areas for improvement.
+ Lead complex, cross-departmental strategic initiatives.
+ Drive innovation in analytical tools and methodologies.
+ Mentor and train junior analysts and contribute to team development.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS** **:
**Education & Experience** : Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, engineering or related field; minimum of 5 years’ experience in corporate strategy, business development, business analysis, or similar role. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
**Skills:** Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and presentation skills, proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools, and knowledge of industry trends and market dynamics. Preferred experience in the energy sector or a related industry, familiarity with strategic workforce planning and risk management, mentor or leadership within a team and ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
