What You’ll Do:

+ Work a minimum 13-week contract, 36-40 hours/week during winter months in Maine.

+ Provide skilled nursing services to the patient in their own home under the direction of a physician’s plan of care.

+ Develop plans of care with realistic/measurable outcomes in collaboration with the patient/family.

+ Demonstrate competency in assessment and technical skills.

What You’ll Bring:

+ 1 year of recent home health experience required.

+ Current R.N. license in the State of Maine.

+ Current CPR card required.

+ A reliable car with insurance.
