We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team. If you're passionate about providing excellent service and have a background in Automotive Service writing, we’d love to meet you! Job Description: As a Service Advisor, you will act as the main point of contact between our customers and the service department. Your role is to ensure customers receive a superior service experience while managing their repair and maintenance needs. Key Responsibilities: * Greet and assist customers with their service needs in a friendly and professional manner * Schedule service appointments and confirm service details with customers * Communicate clearly with customers regarding the status of their vehicles * Prepare repair estimates, obtain approvals, and ensure proper documentation * Advise customers on recommended maintenance and repairs based on diagnostic reports * Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely and efficient repair and service * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service history * Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, complaints, and concerns * Process customer payments and handle warranties and claims * Stay current on industry trends, products, and services to better assist customers Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree or higher is a plus) * Proven experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer-facing role * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and under pressure * Knowledge of automotive repair services and maintenance (preferred, but not required) * Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail * Proficient with computers and service software (CRM experience is a plus) * A valid driver’s license Benefits: * Competitive salary and bonus opportunities * Health, dental insurance * Paid time off and holidays * 401(k) plan with company match * Employee discounts on services and products * Ongoing training and career development opportunities
