We’re currently looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join our team at The Signature at Schilling Farms—a luxury community in the heart of Collierville, Tennessee.

    What You’ll Do

     

    Leasing & Sales

     

    + Showcase apartment homes to prospective residents through engaging property tours

    + Quickly respond to inquiries by phone, email, or walk-ins

    + Guide applicants through the entire leasing process with confidence and care

    Resident Experience

    + Build meaningful relationships with residents to foster loyalty and retention

    + Resolve concerns promptly and professionally

    + Assist with community events and resident engagement initiatives

     

    Administrative & Office Support

     

    + Accurately process applications and lease paperwork

    + Maintain daily reports and organized documentation

    + Ensure office procedures follow company policies

     

    Marketing & Outreach

     

    + Maintain attractive leasing spaces and model units

    + Collaborate on marketing campaigns and contribute creative leasing ideas

    + Serve as a positive ambassador of the community at all times

    Requirements

    + High school diploma or equivalent

    + 2+ years of leasing or customer service experience preferred

    + Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and insurance required

    + Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    + Ability to stay organized, detail-oriented, and solution-focused in a fast-paced environment
