Job Description:
Manages most advanced & complex portfolio within a given segment of specialty assets, i.e., the real estate, oil & gas, farm & ranch, timberland and private businesses group. Partners closely with Private Bank relationship/client managers - provides creative solutions to complex customer/asset needs.
Core responsibilities include:
+ Provide deep subject matter expertise on commercial and residential real estate properties.
+ Direct and oversee a team of external real estate Asset Managers for assets held within Fiduciary accounts to ensure best-in-class client service.
+ Provide fiduciary oversight and approvals for activities related to client’s real estate holdings to ensure clients’ best interests are top priority and asset enhancement activity is ongoing.
+ Trouble shoot and facilitate efficient problem-solving on issues related to client service and real property assets.
+ Facilitate communication with the client team and clients on material changes impacting asset performance.
+ Collaborate with client facing teams and internal business groups to educate the field on specialty asset management capabilities, and support business development activities.
+ Adhere to compliance and regulatory processes and procedures.
+ Support and/or lead ad-hoc projects and initiatives.
Required qualifications:
+ 5+ years hands on experience working with fiduciary accounts and commercial real estate.
+ Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
+ Demonstrated passion for delivering exceptional client service
+ Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships both internally and with external clients
+ Skilled in multi-tasking and managing priorities effectively
+ Ability to identify and escalate issues
+ Team Player
+ Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing and fast paced business and technology environment
+ Proven ability to operate effectively in a matrix organization with the ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and Microsoft Outlook.
Desired qualifications:
• Knowledge of real estate and investment concepts preferred.
• Knowledge and experience working with Fiduciary relationships and OCC regulations
• BA/BS degree preferred.
• Real Estate credentials (e.g. CCIM).
