Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Lead Security Systems Technician to oversee the installation, configuration, and testing of enterprise-level security systems. This role offers long-term growth potential, training investment, and advancement opportunities. Ideal candidates will have experience leading teams, managing projects, and working with technologies such as CCTV, access control, intrusion systems, and IP networks. Company vehicle, gas card, laptop, cell phone, and tools are provided!

Key Responsibilities

+ Lead and supervise installation teams on security system projects

+ Install, terminate, configure, and test systems including cameras, access control, and intrusion detection

+ Manage project timelines, quality control, and customer communication

+ Interpret blueprints and system layouts to ensure accurate installations

+ Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and networking

+ Maintain accurate project tracking and documentation

+ Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $35.00/hr.
