    Principal Commodity Trade & Risk Management (CTRM) Consultant

    ROLE DESCRIPTION

    In this role you will be focused on SAP’s Commodity Trade & Risk Management (CTRM **)** offering, facilitating the implementation and support of the same to enhance the clients’ business functionality and overall performance, while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction. The day-to-day role will partner with the customer and the customer’s system integrator to analyze and define business requirements, processes, and objectives. This role will also support and or deliver configuration, testing and implementation on client systems as well as assist clients in achieving their Digital Transformation vision and Best-Run Business capability from their SAP and other IT investments.

    The role will require providing comprehensive advice to our customers on long-term and short-term perspectives on their key strategic imperatives and recommended innovations which anticipate the future directions of both business and IT stakeholders

    EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/ SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

    _Required skills and experience_

    + A minimum of 7 years’ professional experience with SAP product offerings.

    + A 4-year university degree is required

    + A minimum of 4 full Commodity related implementation projects

    + Demonstrated experience being a resource to other consultants with an ability to lead teams, execute across application areas, and deliver utilization rates above expectations

    + Knowledge in commodity trading – Commodity Trade / Risk Mgt industry

    + Experience in TSW (Traders Scheduling Workbench is required.

    + Actual SAP SD/MM module experience

    + Excellent presentation and communication skills

    + Activate Methodology & Business Process Management expertise

    + SAP Technical background a plus – knowledge of ABAP and/or debugging skills

    + Adept at handling project communications, capable of having peer interactions and engaging with solution stakeholders, managing expectations, and proposing value-based offerings

    + Oil/Gas Industry experience is a plus

    + Team Lead experience is required

    + Travel of up to 60% required

    Trade capture (futures, options, swaps)

     

    Cash commodity trading

     

    Inbound and outbound grain ticket processing

     

    Risk assessment and management, Financial or Physical

     

    Deal Capture

     

    Ticket settlement

     

    Structured products

     

    Exchange trade feeds

     

    Market data feeds (flat price & basis)

     

    Margin account tracking

     

    Broker statement reconciliation

     

    Traders Scheduling Workbench (TSW)

     

    Commodity Pricing Engine (CPE)

     

    Flat price & basis position reporting

    **Compensation Range Transparency** : SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 151900 - 340900(USD) USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
