Purpose and Objective:
SAP America, Inc. seeks a Business Processes Senior Consultant at our Newtown Square, PA location to establish and manage long-term engagement relations between the customer and SAP.
Expectations and Tasks:
Address the specifics of each LACE phase to identify innovation potential. Plan the solution design and transformation, provide advisory and safeguard the execution and operation. Increase the customer lifetime value, improve the customer satisfaction, and foster the successful adoption of SAP Solutions. Support the execution E2E transformation projects from innovation identification, handover to run, up to the extension of existing solutions. Provide architectural advices for standard solutions. Take responsibility for delivery of outcome of assigned projects and delivery tasks. Resolves critical customer situations, production downs and escalations. Contribute to the industrialization of service procedure and SAP products with own creative and innovative ideas using latest technology. Lead through advanced technical or business skills for complete technology or industry area.
Education and Occupational Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field of study and six (6) years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related occupation. Alternatively, a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field of study and four (4) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.
Qualifications/Skills and Competencies Experience:
Experience must involve four (4) years in the following:
+ Providing guidance for deployments and optimal operation of SAP solutions running on cloud/hyperscaler specific infrastructure solutions and virtualization technologies;
+ Executing upgrades, migrations, and conversions of SAP System to S/4HANA to help customers;
+ Downtime minimization technologies including nZDM, ZDO, and DoC;
+ SAP HANA Database to perform performance tuning at DB layer and root cause analysis;
+ Architecting the De-escalation strategy for sensitive issues and bring the SAP solution back to operations;
+ SAP tools including SUM (Software update manager), and DMO (Database migration option); and
+ Installing and administrating experience for Database technologies including HANA, Oracle, and DB2.
**Travel:** Position requires up to 40% domestic travel to various and unanticipated client sites.

**Compensation Range Transparency:** The annual base salary range for this position is $125,611 - $196,010. SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is $135,600 - $230,600. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
