Job Title: Marketing Execution Senior Specialist

Purpose and Objective:
SAP America, Inc. seeks a Marketing Execution Senior Specialist at our Newtown Square, PA location to lead strategic editorial planning, content development, execution, and testing/optimization for key aspects of SAP's social media content strategy.
Expectations and Tasks:
Collaborate with program/product owners to plan and source content. Create visual media and copy to publish at SAP brand social media channels. Actively monitor audience engagement across SAP brand social media channels and identify and route risks or crises that may impact the SAP brand. Support relationship building with key customers and social influencers. Plan, build, and execute editorial plans. Monitor, test, and optimize content to deliver maximum results for SAP, including meeting and exceeding key performance indicators such as follower growth, engagement, reach, and referral traffic. Partner with design, and brand teams to build a framework of best practices to provide visual and tone consistency across SAP's social portfolio to increase brand recognition and amplify content performance. Identify, evaluate, and recommend trends and new digital opportunities to expand reach to new audiences. Develop training and enablement materials and distribute across teams.
Education and Occupational Experience:
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field of study and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation. Alternatively, four (4) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.
Qualifications/Skills and Competencies Experience:
Experience must involve two (2) years in the following:
+ Manage social media channels for B2B large enterprise;
+ Professional graphic design and video editing utilizing software including Photoshop, Premiere, Figma, or Camtasia;
+ Utilize Sprinklr to plan, build, and execute editorial plans;
+ Development of training and enablement materials; and
+ Monitor trends and digital opportunities to expand brand reach.
