Position responsibilities:
+ The Inside Sales Representative Lead - RCCB is responsible for all reactive inside sales customer service tasks and reporting, communicating through calls, email, and chat support instances
+ This position p rovides coaching and feedback to insides sales and ecommerce representatives on call center initiatives, such as route planning and holiday handling
+ You will e stablish relationships with our outside sales and cross functional teams across all market units as well as build promotional and operation alerts in salesforce
+ Other duties as assigned
Required Education and Experience:
+ Must be at least 21 years old
+ High School Diploma or General Education Degree and 0 to 1 plus years of related experience or 1 to 2 plus years of general experience
Preferred Education and Experience:
+ Bachelor’s Degree
