As a Clinical Applications Manager, you will lead and inspire your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences through the successful implementation of our radiation oncology software solutions. You will oversee a team that consults with our customers to clinically configure our software, and trains customers on our diverse product offerings, ensuring that our clients achieve optimal results.
You’ll be responsible for optimizing clinical training, managing the standards of practice and implementing new practices to enhance team efficiency and compliance.
Job Description
What You’ll Do:
Technical Expertise & Leadership:
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our software, including clinical aspects, to effectively guide your team and support both on-site and remote customer needs.
Develop a deep understanding of the customer lifecycle at MIM and the implementation team’s role within the process, while acting as a resource to the team to ensure understanding of their impact on and alignment to the customer cycle.
Serve as a technical resource and subject matter expert, addressing complex issues, and providing solutions.
Team Management & Productivity:
Oversee the team’s daily operations, managing priorities and distributing tasks to ensure efficient and effective implementation processes.
Foster a collaborative environment where team members have a thorough understanding of products, technology, and market requirements.
Keep current of industry trends in your region and provide learning opportunities to connect the team with market needs.
Ensure productivity by keeping track of team priorities and key performance indicators, including: customer satisfaction, time to implement targets, reducing implementation completion delays, and reducing implementation backlogs.
Implementation Oversight:
Support team members with enterprise-level projects as needed, to ensure project success.
Collaborate with global peers to align on implementation best practices, processes, and documentation to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Professional Development:
Lead by example and support your team’s professional growth.
Create and monitor individual and team goals that align with the organization’s broader objectives.
Partner with the leadership to develop department goals that enhance the company's mission and fosters growth within your individual team members.
Resource Planning & Collaboration:
Develop resource plans to adapt to changing business needs, ensuring the team is appropriately staffed and equipped.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable processes and integrate best practices across the organization.
What You’ll Need:
Proven experience in clinical implementation or a related field.
Strong clinical background with the ability to understand and convey complex software functionalities.
Excellent leadership skills with a track record of guiding and developing high-performing teams.
Minimum 2 years experience in a leadership or management role.
Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on client and team interactions.
Clinical experience in radiation oncology or urology, a background as a dosimetrist, physicist or in a service/support capacity for medical imaging procedures preferred.
Willingness to travel up to 30%.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
