Skin Clique is a premier In-home, on-demand medical aesthetics company dedicated to providing personalized and innovative beauty and skincare solutions to patients across the country. With a commitment to excellence and a passion for enhancing patient confidence, we offer a range of advanced cosmetic procedures and skincare treatments. At our warehouse location in Charleston, South Carolina, we receive, store and ship clinical supplies and medical grade skincare products to our providers and patients across the country. With over 800 providers and a rapidly expanding e-commerce platform, we are looking to expand our warehouse team to accommodate seasonal demand and projected growth as we continue to expand our provider team.

Position Overview:

Skin Clique is seeking a part-time Fulfillment and Shipping Associate to assist with processing clinical supply and skincare orders during periods of high demand. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, flexible, a team player, service oriented and able to multitask. Working hours will fluctuate based on order volume and contractor’s availability. Total Hours available per week will generally range between 40 hours but could be subject to change. The warehouse is open Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM – no weekends or holidays.

Responsibilities:

+ Process, package, and ship orders accurately

+ Organize stocks and maintain inventory

+ Inspect products for defects and damages

+ Examine ingoing and outgoing shipments

+ Organize warehouse space

+ Receive, unload, and place incoming inventory items appropriately

+ Check, verify, and fill customer invoices

+ Abide by all company safety and hygiene regulations

+ Contribute ideas on ways to improve or optimize warehousing procedures

+ Keep warehouse clean and organized daily

+ Ensure products meet regulatory requirements

+ Monthly inventory counts

+ Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

+ High school diploma.

+ Ability to stand for extended periods.

+ Ability to carry and lift heavy items or boxes up to 20 lbs.
