    Responsibilities

    What You’ll Do:

    + Ride along with CDL drivers to assist with daily delivery routes.

    + Load/unload products at customer locations using hand trucks, pallet jacks, or by hand.

    + Provide outstanding customer service at every stop — be the friendly face of QCD.

    + Assist with paperwork, route documentation, and accurate order verification.

    + Help guide trucks safely during tight turns, loading docks, and parking situations.

    + Maintain a clean and safe work environment, both in the vehicle and at customer sites.

    Physical Requirements:

    This is a physically active role — you'll need to be comfortable with:

    + Lifting up to 50 lbs frequently, and occasionally up to 75 lbs

    + Pushing/pulling up to 150 lbs

    + Working in cold environments (freezer, cooler, and ambient trailer zones)

    + Standing, walking, bending, twisting, and kneeling for much of your shift

    + Exposure to varied weather conditions throughout the day

    Qualifications

    Qualifications:

    + High school diploma or GED required

    + Previous experience in food distribution or frozen food handling preferred

    + Ability to read labels, verify orders, and follow delivery instructions accurately

    + Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

    + Must be able to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed

    + Excellent attendance and reliability are a must
