The Student Events and Activities Coordinator will support the development, planning, and execution of student events and activities that enhance the overall student experience. This role focuses on fostering student engagement, promoting inclusivity, and ensuring the success of a diverse range of campus activities. This position requires strong organizational skills, a passion for student engagement, and a commitment to creating a vibrant campus community. The Student Events and Activities (S.E.A.) Coordinator assists in the planning, coordination, and execution of robust late-night programming/events (Orange After Dark), day-time programming (Let's Be Engaged), pop-up events, Senior Celebration, and Traditions. The Coordinator plans, implements, and supervises events including scheduling, logistics, purchasing, contracting, marketing/promotion, and oversight of student volunteers. The Coordinator is also responsible for program assessment and utilizing assessment data to make recommendations for program improvements. The Coordinator works non-traditional business hours during the academic year with a modified weekly schedule include up to two evenings per week, up to 2 AM on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday evenings.
