TP-Link is currently seeking Inside Sales for our Irvine, CA. location.

What we’re looking for:
In this role, you will be responsible for sales activities, management and growth of TP-Link B2B partners. You will work within the sales and support teams for the achievement of B2B sales goals.
What your future looks like:
+ Meets or exceeds sales and product objectives in territory by effectively utilizing all resources available.
+ Engage in direct sales with active/potential clients on a daily basis. Responsibilities will include making cold and warm calls to uncover opportunities within the channel.
+ Develop and initiate the sales cycle from market research, lead generation and client onboarding.
+ Primary Driver of end-user and channel sales within channel partners.
+ Solution selling to existing customer base, and potential prospects which include both reseller partners and end-user accounts.
+ Qualify opportunities based on a strategic selling methodology that will enable you to better determine how to prioritize time and resources.
+ Develop and leverage a strong understanding of solutions from TP-Link.
+ Deliver online or face to face presentations and demonstrations and coordinate internal resources as needed.
+ Leverage TP-Link’s value proposition to influence buying decisions within strategic accounts and markets.
+ Manage, track, and report sales activities and results.
+ Maintain knowledge of TP-Link’s key competitors and industry trends.
Requirements
What you’ll bring to the table:
+ A Bachelor of Arts or Sciences Degree; or related field is preferred.
+ Minimum of 2 years of related inside sales experience.
+ Background in Networking, Security, Telecom, Managed IT service, etc. strongly preferred.
+ Based in Southern California, able to work in Irvine office.
+ An understanding of the distribution business model and sales channels.
+ Experience using contact management software.
+ Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
+ Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and CRM/Salesforce experience preferred.
Compensation- $65,000- $80,000 + quarterly sales commissions
