The Site Services Engineer will be the primary on site SLB representative coordinating between the Client, General Contractor, Sub Contractors, Manufacturing Facility, and Operations. Deployed for 8-12 week assignments on site, working as Lead shift or Support shift. Responsible for BIM triage (determining whether SLB is at fault) and assigning to appropriate parties for remediation and follow up on closure. Able to perform basic mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and supervise remedial action with contractors, but no direct physical operations. Support delivery logging and delivery logistics management with MFG Facility. Propose Continuous Improvement initiatives in process workflows or product design. Ensure Client satisfaction and on time Factory Readiness.
Education: Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering.
Experience: Hyperscaler Contractor, Data Center Construction, Electrical Subcontracting, Mechanical Subcontracting, Field Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, Production Manager, Quality Engineer, Maintenance Engineer
Travel: Based out of Houston but able to travel to any domestic US assignment for 8-12 weeks.
