    What You’ll Do:

    + Plan and implement a diverse range of engaging activities tailored to residents’ interests and abilities

    + Lead daily group activities that foster participation and community spirit

    + Provide one-on-one interactions to ensure personalized attention and support

    + Develop and maintain a lively monthly activities calendar

    + Coordinate special events and celebrations to create memorable experience

    + Encourage community involvement in activities and events

    + Maintain accurate records of resident participation and engagement

    + Create a welcoming, positive atmosphere that promotes social interaction and mental stimulation

    Requirements

    + High school diploma or equivalent is required

    + Previous experience in activities coordination, preferably in a healthcare or senior living setting

    + Strong interpersonal skills with a warm, approachable demeanor

    + Creativity and enthusiasm in developing and leading activities

    + Excellent organizational and time management skills

    + Ability to adapt activities to various physical and cognitive abilities

    + Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

    + Proficient computer skills and activity planning software
