What You'll Do:
+ Team up with the Resident Experience Director to plan, launch, and evaluate fun activities and unforgettable special events.
+ Design and deliver wellness programs that inspire residents across all care levels.
+ Lead and motivate Connected Living, transportation, concierge, and volunteer teams.
+ Partner with Talent & Culture to recruit, hire, and welcome new team members.
+ Coach and support your team through stay interviews, feedback, and performance reviews.
+ Keep everything running smoothly—manage budgets, schedules, and ensure top-notch compliance.
+ Create buzz with engaging newsletters, calendars, and promotional materials.
+ Lead recreational activities and groups that spark joy for residents of all abilities.
+ Always maintain professionalism and respond to resident needs with care and confidentiality.

Requirements
+ Two years of experience working with seniors in a senior healthcare setting or equivalent combination of education and experience is required
+ Supervision experience in health care environment preferred
+ Activity Professional certification (ADC or CTRS) required or the ability to maintain after hire
+ Proficient computer skills to include Microsoft Office
+ Must be able to work flexible hours
+ Must be able to relate to residents, families, customers and staff in a courteous and diplomatic manner under all circumstances
+ Must possess strong written and oral communication skills; and ability to maintain confidentiality residential information
+ Ability to read and speak English

Job Type: Full-time
Salary Range: Based on experience with final offer reflecting the candidate's demonstrated skills, relevant experience, and professional background.
