    Requirements

    + Successful completion of a Personal Care Aide (PCA) training program approved by the Virginia Department of Medical Assistance Services, OR

    + Successful completion of a Direct Care Aide (DCA) training program approved by the Virginia Department of Social Services

    + Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing

    + Capacity to work independently while also demonstrating a team player mentality

    + Passion for serving older adults and enhancing their quality of life

    + Recent graduates are welcome; we will provide training on our processes and culture
