Job Description

BAE Systems Intelligence and Security (I&S) is seeking a Finance Manager for the Instrumentation Range Sustainment Program (IRSP) based in Fort Walton Beach, FL. The IRSP Program has repair, modernization, and sustainment responsibilities for hundreds of radar systems worldwide, manufacturing and installing new radar units, as well as providing emergency-based service solutions. The successful candidate for this role will serve as a business partner to the IRSP Program Manager, and will be responsible for consolidation and review of financials for Program management, providing relevant insight to the program s business performance to business unit and finance management. They will also lead the oversight and development of the IRSP finance team, some of whom are geographically dispersed. This role requires strong analytical skills with the ability to work both independently and as a team member to produce timely, quality products. Responsibilities include the facilitation, analysis, and delivery of monthly and quarterly financial contract reporting, preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual business forecasting (e.g. QBR s, IBP s), review of financial forecasts and progress towards meeting the forecasts, internal business reporting and ad-hoc analysis for other functions and various projects. This person will also be required to communicate and present financial data to management in an accurate, concise, and understandable manner, perform variance analysis, monitor opportunities and risks, and support new business proposals. Occasional travel may be required.

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

+ Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain professional and effective relationships with internal customers at all levels of the organization

+ Experience with process improvement and change management

+ Prior Program Finance experience

+ Ability to deliver clear presentations to management

+ Familiarity with Earned Value Management

+ Experience working with production contracts

+ Strong working knowledge of Financial Tools (Deltek, Hyperion)

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $95252 - $161928

However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
