We are seeking a **_Research Assistant_** who will be an entry-level member of the Global Early Adolescent Study and will work under the direction of Dr. Kristin Mmari to assist the study team with various duties, including data analysis and report writing.
Specific Duties & Responsibilities
+ Integrate the day-to-day activities with other members of the research team to carry out the study.
+ Will spend 50% of time on the Young Health Programme Evaluation and 50% of time on our Jamaica study. The Young Health Programme Evaluation is funded through a new grant from AstraZeneca, and will aim to evaluate their program across 35 countries. The Jamaica study is also funded from a previous grant with AstraZeneca that will focus on co-designing a parenting intervention for mothers, fathers, and other caregivers of adolescents in Jamaica.
+ Conduct key informant interviews.
+ Implement human-centered design approaches to co-create a parenting intervention in Jamaica.
+ Conduct document reviews
+ Assist with data analysis and report writing.
Minimum Qualifications
+ Bachelor's Degree in related discipline.
Preferred Qualifications
+ Master's Degree in Public Health.
+ Experience in qualitative research and human-centered design.

Starting Salary Range: $17.20 - $30.30 HRLY (Commensurate w/exp.)
