    JOB SUMMARY: The Information Services Program is seeking a dynamic professional to join the System Administrator Team as a Systems Programmer II. This role emphasizes effective communication and collaboration across various departments within the Department of Revenue's infrastructure. The selected candidate will lead compliance initiatives, facilitate cross-functional problem-solving, and ensure alignment with audit requirements. Strong presentation skills and the ability to translate complex technical information into clear, actionable insights are essential.

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

    + Six years of experience in roles emphasizing communication, project coordination, or compliance within IT or related fields.

    + Experience collaborating across departments and presenting information effectively to diverse audiences.

    SUBSTITUTIONS:

    + An associate, bachelor's, or master’s degree may substitute on a year-for-year basis for the required experience.

    PREFERENCES:

    + CISA - Certified Information Systems Auditor

    + ISO 20000 certification

    + Project management experience

    + Experience with platform support

    + Experience with standards and frameworks such as ISO/IEC 20000, ISO/IEC 27000, NIST CSF, Florida Administrative Code 60GG-2, and IRS Publication 1075

    SPECIAL NOTES:

    + This full-time position is located in Tallahassee and requires on-site presence.

    + The anticipated salary is $56,001.60.

     

    SALARY: $53,201.52 - $58,801.68.
