This is a highly professional position responsible for providing independent and complex management, analysis and consultation focused on staff professional development and skills, impacting operational improvements within Regional Operations and Programs. Assist the Regional Programs with the evaluation and improvement of the leadership initiatives throughout the region through the following: Support the Program senior leader’s talent management and development activities; Overall project management support to the programs; Researching, evaluating, and analyzing the results of career development initiatives; Coordinates critical information gathering, tracking, and evaluation; Designs, develops and implements a comprehensive program to evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of training and development programs; reviews, tracks and archives all training power points for the Region; prepares and sends data reports as needed. Performs other related duties as required.
