In this role, you will work with clients and internal data analysts to perform financial model validations. Position is responsible for projects from kick-off to data processing to reporting including direct communication verbal and written with the client. Position is responsible for meeting client deadlines while effectively managing multiple projects, internal production schedules, and maintaining effective and transparent communication flow. Role will also include thought leadership while contributing to the development and maintenance of analytics and related data systems.

Essential Job Functions:

+ Works independently to produce model validations analyses for clients or deposit/loan analytics as needed

+ Contributes to the development and maintenance of analytics to align with industry best practices, changing client needs, marketplace, and regulatory environment.

+ Provides continuous client support, works with Business Development team, model vendors, IT, and colleagues in terms of clients’ inquiries, model implementation issues and utilization.

+ Provides internal support to peers including peer report reviews and assistance on preferred practices.

+ Provide thought leadership around service education, webinars, white papers, etc.

+ Such other activities as may be assigned by your manager

Qualifications/ Requirements:

+ Bachelor’s Degree in finance, economics, statistics, or mathematics or equivalent combination of education and experience

+ 8+ years of industry and/or relevant experience, typically with 2+ years in a AVP level role or external equivalent

+ Advanced knowledge of Excel and SQL preferred

+ Related experience in financial modeling (regression, forecasting, credit), model validations, banking expertise in Treasury / Asset Liability Management (ALM), risk management and/or CECL preferred

+ Understanding of key software models utilized such as Empyrean, FIS Bancware, ProfitStar, QRM, and/or Abrigo strongly preferred

+ Excellent and diligent communication skills – both verbal and written - with the ability to interact with all levels of financial organizations and interact at all levels of sophistication is required

The annual full time base salary range for this role is

$95,000.00 - $130,000.00

Specific compensation is determined through interviews and a review of relevant education, experience, training, skills, geographic location and alignment with market data. Additionally, certain positions may be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus as determined by bonus program guidelines, position eligibility and SitusAMC Senior Management approval. SitusAMC offers PTO and paid holidays, the terms of which are set forth in the program policies. All full time employees also are eligible to participate in various benefit plans, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability insurance and 401K; in each case in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans.
