    Required Education/Experience

    + Bachelor's Degree and 3+ years of relevant professional experience

    + Associate's Degree and 4+ years of relevant professional experience

    + High School Diploma/GED and 5+ years of relevant professional experience

    Relevant Work Experience

    + At least three (3+) years of hands-on experience with the following technologies: Structured Query Language (SQL) and (Oracle PL/SQL or Microsoft T-SQL), required.

    + Experienced in building and debugging an application at frontend, backend, and database, required.

    + Hands on experience working with and supporting REST APIs, required.

    + Hands on experience building BI Publisher Reports, HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, required.

    + Ability to lead, coach and mentor developers on the team to drive delivery, required.

    + Ability to communicate technical concepts to business stakeholders in non-tech language, required.

    + Must be comfortable and experienced with complex business logic and system integrations, required.

    + Hands on experience supporting off-the-shelf or Cloud based SaaS enterprise level applications like Oracle Fusion Cloud, Peoplesoft HCM, Oracle EBS Suite, required.

    + Has successfully delivered multiple products end-to-end (with a team) from inception to delivery, preferred.

    + Fluent in writing comprehensive test suites (e.g. unit, snapshot, integration, end-to- end), preferred.

    + Experience working with GitHub, Azure DevOps, Service Now, preferred.

    + Knowledge and experience with Agile process, preferred.

    + Formal Project Management and/or Business Analysis, preferred.
