    Seeking a CNC Wire EDM Programmer for our client, a leading manufacturer specializing in precision components for the medical device industry.

     

    **Type:** Direct Hire

    **Location:** Union County, NJ

    **Pay:** Up to $36/hr

     

    First Shift

    Duties:

    + Set up and possibly operate Wire EDM, ECG, and ECM machines

    + Collaborate with engineers to improve manufacturing processes and design fixtures

    + Follow all GMP/cGMP protocols and internal SOPs

    + Perform first piece and in-process inspections; make adjustments as needed

    + Lead operators when required, especially in safety setup and instruction

    + Support production supervisors in resolving quality/tooling issues

    Qualifications:

    + High school diploma required

    + 2+ years of experience programming and setting up Wire EDM machines, including fixture design and collaboration with operations and quality teams.

    + Background in regulated industries and CNC equipment preferred.
