    Schedule: Monday–Friday, 37 hours/week

     

    Contract Length: 10 months

    Job Summary

    Are you passionate about helping students thrive emotionally, socially, and academically? Amergis is seeking a dedicated School Psychologist to join our team in Oak Park, MI. In this role, you’ll provide critical psychological services and collaborate with educators and families to support student success.

    Responsibilities

    + Conduct psychological assessments and provide targeted interventions

    + Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to develop IEPs

    + Offer counseling to students facing emotional or behavioral challenges

    + Lead staff training on mental health awareness and strategies

    + Maintain accurate and confidential student records

    Qualifications

    + Valid Michigan state licensure/certification

    + Master’s degree in Psychology (preferred)

    + Experience with pediatric/adolescent populations (preferred)

    + CPR certification (if applicable)

    + TB Questionnaire/PPD or chest x-ray (if applicable)

    + Health certificate (as required)

    + Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements

    + Must be 18 years or older
