    The Opportunity:

    This is not just a leadership role – it’s a strategic command post for one of Central Pennsylvania’s most critical healthcare operations. As the Senior Director, you will:

     

    + Provide visionary leadership for both ground EMS and flight transport programs.

    + Spearhead system-widerestructuring, process improvement, and innovationefforts.

    + Drive financial performance and service line growth through business-minded strategy.

    + Champion regulatory compliance and patient care excellence.

    + Partner with physician leaders and executive teams to integrate services and build sustainable models for the future.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Direct operational oversight and strategic planning for Life Lion EMS and flight transport.

    + Identify and implement process improvement initiatives that improve quality, safety, and efficiency.

    + Cultivate a culture of accountability, clinical excellence, and innovation.

    + Develop policies and procedures to align with best practices and regulatory standards.

    + Manage budgets, forecasting, and performance metrics to ensure strong ROI and operational success.

    + Build strategic partnerships across clinical, administrative, and community stakeholders.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s degree in EMS, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.

    + 10+ years of EMS experience, including 7+ years in leadership roles.

    + Proven experience in leading organizational transformation and operational improvement.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Licensed or certified as a Nurse, Paramedic, or EMT.

    + Flight transport leadership experience.

    + Master’s degree in Business, Healthcare, or related discipline.

    + Advanced certifications in EMS or healthcare management.
