Position: CMMS Maintenance Planner - Day Shift

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

The main responsibilities of a Maintenance Planner include:

+ Developing and managing detailed preventative maintenance schedules and work orders

+ Coordinating and scheduling all preventative maintenance activities with the team.

+ Ensuring that all maintenance work complies with safety regulations and industry standards

+ Maintaining accurate records of maintenance performed, equipment condition, and maintenance costs in CMMS.

+ Working with engineering and operations teams to plan and implement equipment modifications and upgrades

+ Working with vendors and contractors as needed

+ Participating in the development and implementation of maintenance policies, procedures, and best practices

+ Work closely with crib attendant & purchasing team

+ Facilitate work orders and completion.

+ Assist in any other assigned duties.

Qualifications, Skills, and Abilities:

+ Working Supervisor Required

+ 5 years of Mechanical & Electrical experience

+ 5 years of Industrial Maintenance experience

+ 5 years CMMS experience ( Emaint)

+ Able to work independently and or with a team

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

+ Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel)

+ Computer Literate

+ Good knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards

+ Familiarity with maintenance equipment and supplies procurement processes

+ Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions

+ Strong problem-solving skills

+ Strong organizational and planning skills

+ Attention to detail

+ Able to influence without direct authority.

Work Environment and Physical Demands:

+ Position requires the ability to stand or walk for long durations.

+ Indoor and outdoor climate conditions during all seasons and in varying temperatures (hot/cold).

+ Handle moving objects: Using hands and arms in handling, installing, positioning, and moving materials.

+ The ability to see details at close and distant range with depth perception and the ability to see colors.

+ Perform physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking stooping and handling materials.

+ Ability to lift and carry items up to 50 lbs.
