Delaware North Parks and Resorts is hiring a full-time Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at The Gideon Putnam in Saratoga Springs, New York. As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest levels of service is provided to our guests.

What will you do?

+ Assist in maintaining planned bar and restaurant cost of sales

+ Hire, train, and manage an effective group of team members, with alignment to Delaware North programs and service standards

+ Partner with the kitchen team to ensure guests are served the highest quality meals

+ Assist with the management of staffing levels in accordance with budgets and business volume

More about you

+ One year related experience required

+ Basic math skills for cash and inventory duties

+ Word-processing, spreadsheets, and email experience required

Physical requirements

+ Ability to lift or carry 50 lbs

+ Ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time
