    Night Shift Dispatcher

    • Location: Hobbs, NM

    • Pay Range: $20–$22/HR. (DOE)

    • Schedule: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM | 6 Days On, 3 Days Off

We're currently looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Night Shift Dispatcher to support our operations in Hobbs, NM. This role is essential to keeping our team on track and our customers satisfied—especially during critical overnight hours.

    •** **The Job:

    + Coordinate and dispatch drivers based on customer requests and company procedures

    + Monitor driver locations and progress to ensure timely service completion

    + Answer and log calls from oil rigs and gas plants requesting equipment delivery or pickup

    + Use GPS and mapping tools to assist drivers with directions

    + Maintain accurate service records and internal documentation

    + Communicate with internal departments to help resolve service issues

    + Support drivers in real time with questions or service concerns

    + Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, and dispatch software tools effectively

    •** **Requirements:

    + 2+ years of dispatcher experience in transportation or logistics (preferred)

    + Strong verbal and written communication skills

    + Courteous and professional phone/email manner

    + Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)

    + Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills

    + Logical thinker and problem-solver in fast-paced environments
