    **Start Time:** 5:30 AM | **Schedule:** Monday–Friday (occasional Saturdays)

    **Pay:** $28.00 – $30.00/hr DOE + Overtime + Annual Bonuses

     

    Cascade Disposal is **hiring full-time CDL Drivers** to join our solid waste collection team in **beautiful Bend, OR** . This is a **stable, year-round opportunity** with local routes—no long hauls, no overnights.

    •** **What You’ll Do:

    + Operate garbage trucks on local routes

    + Safely collect and transport waste to disposal sites

    + Use hydraulic controls to lift/load bins

    + Perform daily inspections and maintenance checks

    + Provide courteous service to local customers

    + Work independently in all types of weather

    •** **What You’ll Need:

    + **Class A or B CDL** with air brake endorsement

    + **At least 1 year of driving experience**

    + Clean driving record & ability to pass a drug screen

    + Knowledge of **DOT safety regulations**

    + Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and climb in/out of trucks

    + Positive attitude and strong work ethic
