    Purpose:

    The Specialist, Commercial Operations will play a pivotal role in supporting the implementation of automating our Bill Only Process with 3rd Party Portal Companies within our organization. This position involves collaborating with various team members to ensure effective management of data-driven initiatives that improve the Bill Only process while optimizing costs. The candidate will be diligent, possess strong analytical skills, and can communicate effectively across teams.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Collect, analyze, supervise and interpret data related to project needs, metrics and service delivery to identify trends and areas for improvement.

    + Assist in the documentation of process solutions for the bill-only process.

    + Provide support to management in coordinating project initiatives and meetings.

    + Prepare presentations and reports that communicate progress on projects and highlight key findings from data analyses.

    + Engage with team members, partners, and customers to capture feedback and foster teamwork on project outcomes.

    + Assist in establishing relationships with external partners to facilitate vital communications and partnerships.

    Qualifications

    Education:

    + Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

    Experience and Skills:

    Required:

    + Minimum 2 years’ experience working in the health care market or related field preferred.

    + Proven track record to coordinate projects and handle timelines while maintaining attention to detail.

    + Experience in data analysis and reporting, demonstrating the ability to turn data into actionable insights. Experience with Power BI preferred.

    + Strong communication and social skills, with a curiosity about engaging partners at all levels.

    + Ability to manage concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.

    Other:

    + Must be located in close proximity and able to work onsite 3 days per week from Raynham, MA, Warsaw, IN, or West Chester, PA.

    The anticipated base pay range for this position is $63,000 to $102,350.

     

    The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.

     

    Employees and/or eligible dependents may be eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance.

     

    Employees may be eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).

    Employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:

    + Vacation – up to 120 hours per calendar year

    + Sick time - up to 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington – up to 56 hours per calendar year

    + Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays – up to 13 days per calendar year

    + Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
