The Product Manager will work with the Product Director to help execute patient experience strategy for Rybrevant + Lazcluze. In this role, you would be responsible for shaping our strategy, implementing core components of our tactical plan, and managing patient education initiatives, such as leading content development, digital, and channel improvements.
Key Responsibilities Include:
+ Lead marketing tactic execution from insight generation, agency development, regulatory oversight process and launch with field teams.
+ Help lead content development for sales meetings, selling assets, and non-personal promotion assets.
+ Align and engage with the salesforce to drive appropriate use of materials and gather useful insights.
+ Partner with Sales Learning and Development to ensure specialists are knowledgeable on the product and disease state.
+ Work with print production and sample agencies to ensure resources to support field selling efforts and new patient starts.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, external patient advocacy partners, and patients to gather insights for developing high-quality patient materials.
Qualifications:
Required:
+ A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required; MBA or advanced degree in related field is helpful.
+ A minimum of 5 years of work experience, with 2 years in marketing, sales, sales learning and development, healthcare professional, sales leadership and/or commercial insight strategy experience and/or experience in a qualified leadership development program
+ Experience with project management
+ Healthcare experience or pharmaceutical industry knowledge
+ Ability to travel up to 25% which may include overnights and weekend travel.
