    We are currently seeking a Senior Manager, Laboratory Operations to join our diverse and dynamic team. As the Senior Manager in this role at ICON, you will oversee the operational management of our laboratory facilities, ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance in all testing and research activities. Your leadership will be essential in optimizing laboratory workflows and driving innovative solutions that support our clinical research initiatives.

    What You Will Be Doing:

    + Managing day-to-day laboratory operations, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and internal quality control protocols.

    + Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement efficient laboratory processes that enhance productivity and accuracy.

    + Overseeing staff training and development programs to ensure all team members are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.

    + Monitoring laboratory performance metrics and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to optimize operations.

    + Staying current with industry trends and advancements in laboratory technologies to drive innovation and enhance research capabilities.

    Your Profile:

    + Degree in laboratory science, biology, chemistry, or a related field; advanced degree is preferred.

    + Extensive experience in laboratory operations management, preferably within the clinical research or pharmaceutical sectors.

    + Strong understanding of laboratory regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and safety standards.

    + Excellent leadership and organizational skills, with a proven ability to manage teams and projects effectively.

    + Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering collaboration across diverse teams and stakeholders.
