In-State Qualifying Agent for a Contract Security Company in Utah
Security Engineers is a multi-state licensed Contract Security Services provider based in Alabama.
We are expanding into the State of Utah at the request of an established client and are looking for a qualified Qualifying Agent to assist with obtaining a Contract Security Company license with the State of Utah.
Initially, this role will be a fixed-rate contract employee position where the successful candidate will become our company Qualifying Agent in Utah as the we obtain a Contract Security Company license, complete the contract negotiations process, and prepare to begin providing contract security services for the client. The length of the initial contract position will be determined by the amount of time it takes to obtain a Contract Security Company license in the state; The length of time it takes to negotiate, finalize, and sign a service contract with our client; and how long it takes to ramp-up our presence in-state once the contract is executed.
During the contract employee phase, it will be expected that the successful candidate will maintain any required qualification(s), license(s) and/or certification(s) necessary to act as a Qualifying Agent in the State of Utah, while providing support, consultation, and guidance during the Contract Security Company licensing process. Once a contract is finalized, it is expected that the successful candidate and Security Engineers will discuss continuing opportunities with the company, to include remaining as our Qualifying Agent for the State of Utah as a full-time employee as the company seeks to expand and grow our presence in the state.
Key Responsibilities
Initial Company Licensure
• Must have any qualifications(s), license(s), and/or certification(s) necessary to act as a Qualifying Agent in the State of Utah.
• Provide support, consultation, and guidance during the contract security company licensing process.
After Company License is Obtained
• Must maintain any qualifications(s), license(s), and/or certification(s) necessary to act as a Qualifying Agent in the State of Utah.
• Provide support, consultation, and guidance as the company prepares to begin providing contract security services in-state.
