• Digital Content Manager (B2B Foodservice)

    DESCRIPTION

    This is a **\#hybrid** position, **3 days in the office** .

     

    You will lead the content syndication for **CPG** clients across Omnichannel retailers, managing team operations, client relationships, and process improvements to ensure efficient, high-quality service delivery.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    + Manage content **syndication** and **updates for key clients** across contracted retailers

    + Review **digital shelf reports for accuracy** when no ODM is assigned

    + Develop and document **scalable processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs**

    + Build **strong relationships** with clients, internal teams, and retail partners

    + Act as a subject matter expert to support change management and training

    + Onboard and train **new** team members

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Education:

    + Bachelor’s degree

    Experience:

    + **8+ years in digital content** , eCommerce, or CPG

    Skills:

    + **B2B** **Food Service Distributor** knowledge and experience a plus

    + Proficient in **GDSN & Digital Content Management** experience ( **PIM, DAM** systems)

    + Knowledge of **digital shelf tools** and **PDP content** best practices

    + **B2B Syndication** experience using CSPs, including: Syndigo, Salsify, 1WS, GS1

    + Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills
